Specific membership terms, including fees, billing dates, and cancellation, are set out in the member agreement presented at sign-up.

2. About Our Services

X Factor Trading provides trading education, custom indicators, rules-based automated strategy tools, live coaching sessions, and access to a member community. X Factor Trading is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or futures commission merchant, and does not provide personalized investment advice. Nothing we publish or teach should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. Membership, Payment & Cancellation

Program pricing is listed on this website and confirmed in your member agreement before any payment is processed. Memberships that bill monthly continue until cancelled, and cancellation terms and timelines are governed by your member agreement. Where an automated strategy includes an evaluation period, extension eligibility and continuation pricing follow the terms stated in that agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Automated strategies can experience losing periods, and indicators and coaching are tools for decision-making — not systems that guarantee profits or prevent losses. Past performance, whether actual, hypothetical, or simulated, is not necessarily indicative of future results. We make no representation that any member will achieve any particular financial outcome.

5. License & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including indicators, strategy files, documentation, video lessons, written material, branding, and design — is owned by X Factor Trading or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own trading while your membership is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share account access, or reverse engineer any product.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not share your login credentials or member-only materials with non-members.
• Do not use the community or coaching sessions to harass others or promote external services.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the website or extract content through automated means.

Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund of fees already charged for the current period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X Factor Trading is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, tools, or services. Software tools are provided as-is, and you remain fully responsible for every trading decision and order placed in your own account.
